What is a School-Based Health Care Program?
A school-based health care program provides many of the same services that can be found in community agencies. Success Street offers a full range of comprehensive health care services on site at East and West High School. The school-based health care providers from Peoples Clinic work collaboratively with parents, school staff, and other professionals in order to surround each student with quality care.
How do I pay for care?
If you have insurance, bring your insurance card to all appointments. We accept all major health insurance coverage, as well as: Medicaid, Medicare, Hawk-I, and Iowa Wellness. If you do not have insurance, that’s OK! We believe quality health care should be affordable to all. You will never be denied services because of your inability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale to help make your care more affordable.
